How The Work Begins

Every situation is different. 

Rather than applying a fixed  approach, we start by identifying what is actually driving the instability --whether in a person, horse/animal (wild or domestic) or performance environment. 

Step One:  Focused Evaluation 

A structured review of what is not improving or not holding. 

This allows us to identify:

• Where the stress and load are not being processed
• What has already been attempted
• Where patterns are breaking down. 

This is the first step in all cases. 

Step Two:  Determining Fit

Once reviewed, we determine whether there is a clear path forward.

Not every situation requires ongoing involvement. Where is does, the level of support depends on the complexity and importance of the situation. 

Step Three: Ongoing Work (when appropriate)

For situations that require continued stabilization, I work in a private, embedded advisory capacity.

This is not a fixed program.

It is structured based on:

• level of involvement required
• consistency of support needed
• the environment and demands involved. 

The goal is not short term intervention, but establishing stability that allows outcomes to hold. 

Initial Alignment Call  (20 Minutes): 222 USD

Structural Assessment --- 888 USD

A deeper review designed to identify what is actually driving the instability, where patterns are breaking down and what level of intervention is appropriate. Message me to make this appointment.

Ongoing advisory is determined based on scope and level of involvement. 

Structured Recalibration Engagement

1 Month — $3,500

2 Months — $7,000

A contained 1–2 month engagement used when something is not improving, not holding, or beginning to break down under pressure. This work stabilizes how the system handles stress, load and recovery so behavior, performance, and outcome can return to consistency. 

Each month includes:

• Weekly deep sessions (75–90 minutes)
• Between-session containment for clarification and stabilization
• Ongoing identification of patterns affecting performance and/or behavior
• Adjustment of decision structure and response under pressure
• Reinforcement of stability under real-world conditions
• Integration and forward alignment at conclusion. 

This engagement is used when focused stabilization is required without long-term advisory involvement.

Engagements are reserved upon receipt of full payment due to limited capacity.

Private Advisory is for situations where instability is ongoing, high-stakes or likely to compound if left unaddressed. 

Rather than stepping in at isolated points, this work remains embedded--stabilizing how decisions, pressure and performance are handled over time.

This level of engagement is used when consistency matters, and outcomes need to hold under real conditions -- not just improve temporarily.

Private Advisory includes:

• Weekly advisory sessions
• Ongoing support to stabilize decisions and responses under pressure
• Adjustment of pressure and load  as conditions change 
• Stabilization during periods of growth, transition, or complexity
• Early detection of patterns before they impact performance or outcomes
• Continued alignment as responsibilities and demands evolve

This level of engagement is designed for leaders operating at complexity thresholds where collapse prevention and strategic advantage must coexist.
